PUT YOUR BODY
IN GOOD HANDS
Helping you be your best.

OUR
PHILOSOPHY
Chiropractic is the practice of healing directly with our hands. It is a non-invasive approach that can often prevent the need for drugs & surgery. Chiropractic addresses the structure of the body & its effect on function. By creating a harmonious balance, we bring patients closer to better health.
We believe that life is a balancing act and that getting adjusted brings us closer to that balance. Combining the chiropractic adjustment with other modalities of health and wellness care, such as cold laser, nutrition, exercise, stretching and orthotic devices, allows us to be better at the things we love doing and the ways we love being.
Here at CCC, we believe that better health is our product and caring for our patients is our business. We believe that patient-centered care is the wave of the future. The adjustment allows greater function and flexibility, maximizing your quality of performance at work and in sports.
"The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patient in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease."

ABOUT

"You are one adjustment away from a better mood."
Dr. Christian Zyweck has practiced chiropractic since 1993. After practicing in the Carribean, he moved to the Pacific Northwest and has had multiple clinics through the years. He was vice president of the Puerto Rican Chiropractic Association for 2 years. There, he managed two clinics and treated many different patients with a variety of painful conditions. He gave workshops on back care and holistic medicine on a regular basis. "I enjoy teaching others to stay healthy which also helps me stay current in chiropractic and wellness care." While in the Carribean he practiced as a DAN! physician, caring for children with autism through biomedical intervention. Marcus, Dr. Zyweck's youngest son, has autism. Dr. Z, as he is affectionately known, has been practicing in Wilsonville, OR since 2007 and is now practicing in a clinic at The Edge Family Fitness. He is married with 2 boys, loves scuba diving, free diving, skiing, hiking, martial arts, kayaking, motorcycling, archery, bushcraft, and reading. "On the weekends you can find me in the mountains or at the beach." Dr. Z speaks Spanish and German and is currently relearning French.

SIGNS &
SYMPTOMS
OF AN
INJURY
AFTER A CAR
ACCIDENT

Injuries from a car accident can present symptoms days, weeks, or even months later, resulting in problems that may only fully manifest themselves years later. "Trust me," Dr. Zyweck says, "we see people all the time that have major issues resulting from accidents that occurred years, or even decades later. The classic line is, 'I thought it would just go away, then I just got used to it, and now it's just killing me.' Instead of being cared for under their insurance, they are now spending their own money trying to fix chronic problems they could have taken care of, a lot easier and a lot cheaper, years ago."
These symptoms may include the following:
-
Neck pain
-
Back pain
-
Headaches
-
Numbness or tingling in the arms/legs/hands/feet
-
Sciatica (pain down the leg)
-
Pain in the extremity joints (shoulders, elbows, knees, wrists, ankles, etc.)
-
Poor concentration
-
Memory loss
-
Problems with vision
-
Ringing in the ears
-
Disbalance
-
Problems with sleep (insomnia)
